my room, a design standard room, it was big. i find soap and lotion was there. shampoo. they has slippers and water also. breakfast next door was yummy! the staff, they was so helpful.

the service, oh boy, not good. a lady named mirjam, not happy to help at all. cleaning was bad too, dirty cups stayed. price felt too much, not worth it i thinks.

the location is really good, it's close to christmas markets, and the tram is just two minutes away. the hotel gave a pass for transport, so using the tram became quite simple.

the room was fine but it lacked something special.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They ensured all needs were met. My room had a separate toilet, which I appreciated. I found the coffee and water station on each floor convenient. It simplified getting refreshments. The smoking area outside provided a pleasant space. It had a table and chairs.

The hotel's concrete design may not appeal to everyone though I did not mind it.
