the staff had a helpful attitude. breakfast included a decent selection. i found the location convenient for exploring the area.
the passageway entrance was sometimes filled with smokers making it a bit unpleasant.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They ensured all needs were met. My room had a separate toilet, which I appreciated. I found the coffee and water station on each floor convenient. It simplified getting refreshments. The smoking area outside provided a pleasant space. It had a table and chairs.
The hotel's concrete design may not appeal to everyone though I did not mind it.

The room had a comfortable bed ensuring restful nights. L'Occitane toiletries were provided; they added a touch of luxury to the bathroom experience. A personalized welcome message on the mirror added a thoughtful touch.

The staff's friendliness really stood out; they always greeted me with a smile. The staff promptly addressed the safe issue in my room; they offered a voucher for the hotel bar as compensation. Staff made every effort to ensure I had a wonderful stay.

The breakfast selection was good; it offered a variety of options. Waffles were available. The hotel restaurant served fabulous food; it also offered a great wine selection, so I took advantage of both.
